Our favourite, small hotel in Berlin with very helpful and super friendly staff. Unbeatable location for Berlin, near to tram stop, the next U-Bahn Station, Rosenthaler platz, and the monument for the fallen Berlin wall, surrounded by park/open space.

I stayed at Seminarhaus S1516 for a week-long business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of dining options nearby. The design of the room was well-thought-out, with convenient light switches right next to the pillow and ample storage space. The outdoor terraces provided a nice escape, and the communal kitchenette was simple but functional. The cleanliness was exceptional, and there were plenty of bathrooms, so I never had to wait. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
